Do I need a special camera and microphone to do this?All you need is a smartphone or webcam on your laptop that has access to a microphone (your laptop/PC microphone will do fine). We do ask everyone to ensure they are well lit and camera is face on (full instructions given when you begin).
I don't have a Facebook accountYou can sign up to Facebook for free.
What happens after I enrol?A few days before your actual start date, you will receive an email from us asking you to join the private facebook group where the videos will be posted. Full instructions will be both in the group and via your emails.
I am working, will I be able to do this and my work?Yes this is created to fit around your life and lifestyle. It is over 30 days so you will have plenty of time to catch up if you are behind. It may take 20-30 minutes of your time every few days, depending on your level of engagemttHowever we have created this so you do create a consistency, as this is part of breaking through procrastination.
I'm scared!As is everyone else! This would be a natural feeling if you are drawn to this. The key is to listen to the part of you that wishes to move beyond the fear...Tune into your Soul and weigh the benefits of challenging yourself to do something like this versus staying with what you feel is limiting you, holding you back.
Additionally, we create a safe space and as we explain when you first begin, we will remove any individual who does not adhere to the kind, loving environment we are maintaining. We say this here so you can know we create and sustain a safe, boundaried and protected group as best we can, so you can flourish in being who you are.
Is this for anyone? People who have never done any "lightwork" as well as those who are?Yes this is designed for any individual. You will meet the video challenges with where you are. In the space, it becomes less about what we have each done and more about what is yearning to come through in this moment. Some join to meet others. Some to discover who they are. Some to gain confidence. Some to break sabotage fears. Some because they are curious!
How many people will be in the group?We create an intimate environment for each group. With numbers we feel is enough to stretch yet not too much to feel lost in a crowd. We create more groups if we have more sign up for a particularly enrolment.
I have done this before, can I do it again?Yes this is less about knowing what the Heart Shares are and more about Showing Up. At some point we will create a more advanced version
Is it £15 for the whole month?Yes, one time only. We have made it very accessible so you have no excuse to do this! You will move into a separate free private community after if you wish. (See below)
What happens after?Two Things.
