Outline of Session

The Mental Body is the aspect of your consciousness responsible for Thoughts, Desires, Values, Beliefs, Imagination. The Mental Plane is also known for being the arena of both the egoic mind and divine mind. It is connected to Mass Consciousness.

We will be clearing negative thoughts, thoughtforms within the Mental Body that build up over an entire lifetime. This includes detaching from addictive elements of low vibrational mass consciousness thoughts, beliefs, ideas (which keep mass consciousness locked in a perpetual cycle of drama, fear, sepration).

The Mental Body has a direct effect on the Emotional Body, which has a direct effect on the Creation of your Reality. Thoughts persist to create Belief Systems. Belief systems create programming. Progamming influence perceptions. Perceptions create reality.

Mental blocks can be experienced as: Over analysing, Stress, Lost & Confused (for excessive times), Worry, Anxiety, Lack of Trust, Indecision, Procrastination, Mental Exhuastion, Writer's/Creative Block, Insomnia...

We will be purifying the mental plane so you can connect to this beautiful part of you in a stronger, more connected way. Connecting to the super highways of the divine mind within the mental plane. Divine Mindset.
