What is peace? Is it a faraway experience that can only be attained when we are fully healed? This was the idea that I had originally on my journey. It led me to further believe that I was somehow unhealed and had a long way to go in my journey. But what if peace isn’t as fixed as we may believe it to be? What if peace is more encompassing than we have led ourselves to believe? When we explore these questions we begin to unravel many wisdoms and treasures that are waiting for us, radically changing how we view ourselves and what we may be seeking or chasing.
What does self-acceptance actually mean? What role does it play with our flaws and insecurities? In this session we will explore the nature of perfectionism and it’s crucial relationship with our perceptive reality. We will also examine our traditional understanding of acceptance and look at it on a deeper level.
For many on the spiritual path, there can be a discord between evolving one’s spirituality and an often unconscious movement away from ‘being human’. But what if being human is why we have come here? Here by integrating our spirituality with our humanity, we are offered greater freedoms than we may have been allowing for ourself. In order to move ahead with this we embark upon a journey of falling in love with our flaws.
At the core of our self-assessments is an idea that we are somehow not okay. This means that when we look at the parts we dislike, we often label them as enemies - leading to a repression of their natural state. When we bring in the wisdom of innocence into our own self, we are rewarded with new perceptions of ourselves that lead to inner discoveries. This session also includes an exercise to practically examine your inner world through the genuine allowing of what is. Essentially you are meeting yourself. This process allows us to relax and loosen the grip we have on what we determine to not be okay and allow for what is yearning to be seen, heard, and recognised. Whenever we embark on such an endeavour we find that we are always meeting our self for the first time. This process is what begins to bring us peace, as we refrain from resisting what is already happening.
How do we now accept what has emerged? This process involves us shifting how we perceive what is within. Moving into a multidimensional perspective beyond the polarised good/ bad. Here, tuning into our own eternal reservoir of love and acceptance that is always within. Here, we sanctify the peace within through acknowledging that all is honoured and accepted. What role does authenticity and vulnerability play with self-acceptance? When you begin to meet who you are - in this moment. With love. With appreciation. With acceptance. You begin to allow this authentic vibration of who you are into the world. The world is designed to receive your authentic self. Through vulnerability we can access and invite this through.
This is a continuation of the previous session where we now embark upon a sacred meditation to meet the parts within. Meditation allows us to access states of being that our mind cannot. Here you tap into your soul’s awareness and invite the eternal wisdom and love of your soul presence to guide the way.
What if your insecurities, flaws, and negative emotions can have a purpose? What if in their existent state they are not just elements to be fixed or remedied, yet they carry wisdom that is part of your life design? When we explore our inner world in this way we are presented with many treasures of insight and realisation of what is happening in our life and ultimately the potential of where we are heading.
The paradox of self-acceptance is that you do not need to accept all of who you are - to accept yourself. This seems like a contradiction! Yet it is one of the biggest roadblocks on the path to self-acceptance, as the mind knows it does not like all the parts within. So how do we deal with this challenge? We dive deeper on a multidimensional level into this incredible wisdom of self-acceptance. Additionally, when we first try to embody acceptance, one of the pitfalls and challenges is the idea that if we accept everything, it means we have to allow everything. This way of thinking can actually lead to passivity and inaction. Acceptance isn’t about unconditional allowing. It is accepting the things we can change and the things we cannot.
This is a prayer to invite yourself to fall in love with your flaws. Your humanity. Yourself in this moment. To invite acceptance in. To appreciate the irony of acceptance and non-acceptance and to be welcoming of all. This prayer tunes into your divine presence and the Universe for a more sacred meeting with this process of peace.
How do we practically anchor peace through acceptance with all of these insights and ideas? What is next? This session recaps the key principles of this course and why it can be so effective. What is the opposite of peace? We would say war. The idea of war gives us an insight into what is happening within. War essentially relates to conflict and it is when we recognise there is inner conflict occurring and how we respond to conflict in general, that gives us greater insight into elevating our consciousness towards what is calling - unity (non-polarised) consciousness.
This is a focused Divine I AM Transmission upon the theme of this course, cultivating Inner Peace. Here you will be guided to awaken your own natural inner peace, serenity, harmony, stillness, and tranquillity. In order for us to anchor this we will be meeting the inner blocks to peace, namely, during these times, a buildup of excessive mental noise, doubts, the culmination of fear-based beliefs, insecurities, and repressed emotions that have been evoked over the course of the year's astrological portals. A Divine I AM Transmission is a healing experience offering you personal and spiritual transformation whilst having a direct communion with the Divine. These transmissions offer universal loving healing energies of unconditional love and acceptance that rebalance you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The transmission experience does this by clearing blockages, releasing limiting patterns, and awakening your natural inner love and wisdom. This transmission can be listened to many times, over time. I suggest giving at least 2 to 3 weeks in between to allow for the changes to occur. What I suggest the most is to listen, and then, after some integration time, move through the course again as new insights will be awakened. Blessings on your journey. Namaste.
