This 3D ideology has kept many imprisoned for aeons - however we are at a time where we are being offered the opportunity to break through. The Suffering Template dictates that reward is earned through suffering. It takes suffering to earn, grow, be in a relationship etc.

These templates can control our decisions, actions, emotions, thoughts in many areas and severely limit our outlook on life based on its philosophies. As the templates are so engrained, usual spiritual work to make healthy progress from these themes can be difficult and we find ourselves experiencing very similar patterns of limitation. Meeting your Suffering

The paradox of migrating away from Suffering is to also recognise how to relate to Suffering. Suffering occurs when we resist something in our reality. This resistance usually emanates from a misunderstanding of Soul lessons or fear of moving into that space. In this case, it is important for us to Meet our Suffering - rather than repress, suppress it.

Perfectionism, Control & Criticism Templates

Perfectionism is a huge factor in many peoples' lives, creating a sabotage energy from moving forward. It creates the idea that there is a perfect way of being, living, doing, acting, making decisions. This idea always upholds the idea that you are not good enough. That what you have created, done, said is not good enough...not perfect.

Criticism is connected to this energy, where an over emphasis on being sensitive to others criticising creates a withdrawal from life. A feeling of intense distorted vulnerability where the views of others (or more accurately, the idea of what we think others are thinking) are upheld above our own decisions.

Similarly, Control is where you feel the need to control your personality, life, way of being (in relation to the two concepts above) to fit into an idea of who you think you should be...rather than allowing the most natural frequency of all...Being Who You Are.

These themes of course emenate from our upbringing, our ancestry. We are determined by our environmental factors and additionally our Past Lives.
