One of the keys to living in a higher vibrational state is to embody the frequency of Trust.

Throughout your life you may have many experiences that can make it easy to lose trust in your self. This is very common and leads to losing trust in one's decisions, actions, feelings. Lack of trust leads to a great deal of Anxiety ~ a state of feeling out of control.

When we lose trust in ourselves and spirit, it is difficult to know which direction to take. What choice to make. Whether we are on the 'right path' or not. Whether we can trust others....

When you fall deep into Trust itself - in your self, in Spirit, in your reality - you are in harmony with all. This first of all initiates a state of Inner Peace. Secondly, it allows you to work deeper with the flow state of reality. Trust is the gateway to Intuition, your unique field of spiritual insight, guidance & direction.
Trust does not need to know what is coming next. It surrenders to unknowingness. It’s knowing is with the Greater Plan & Destiny.

Trust allows you to be free to enjoy life as it is. Here because you are in a state of Trust (having raised your vibration) you magnetise towards you more of what your soul desires.

Surrender works side by side with Trust. On one level it is about letting go of what is not serving. Yet it is also much more than this.

To surrender means to trust so implicitly that when you fall, you will be supported. Surrender is also a state of shedding the ego's desires to control. The ego needs to feel that it has to know what is going on.

We will be clearing limiting beliefs around Trust & Surrender, including mistrust, distrust, fear of letting go, blame, victim consciousness, uncertainty, control, fear we cannot experience a life that serves us, fear of the unknown... We will be working with multidimensional healing energy to transmute and transform these into Divine Trust, Anchoring the Knowingness within you and liberate your energy field to embody Surrender.
